Felt rushed. Didn’t allow for adequate test drive. Asked questions about noises made from the car and was told that nothing was wrong, without the salesman looking at the concern. Was juggled between other clients and left for periods of time. Found that the car does have an exhaust manifold leak and turned out it was the noise we questioned the salesman about and another issue where we heard a clunk when coming to a stop. Which he also said that it was nothing to worry about

It was another great experience. The engine light on my RX8 went on. I brought in and said I could wait. Nick came back in about five minutes and said that he ran a quick test and he could tell this would require ordering a part so, he set me up with a courtesy car. I am very pleased with this dealerships service dept. I bought new tires from another dealership and told them something was wrong. They said it was not their install issue and woukd not take me seriously. So I called Burnsville Mazada. Not only did they get me in right away. It turned out all 4 of my tires lugnuts were never tightened from the initial install and a screwdriver was left in the hub. This course have been life threatening but Burnsville Mazda saved me from a tragedy. Thank you.

Went in for my appt. Spoke with a man who took my info and answered several questions for me. Very helpful.! Car was ready in short order. I was informed of upcoming servicing.

Went in for shocks and brakes due to another shop telling me I needed them. I was told they both had a little more life left in them but told me my battery was getting old and belts had cracks in them. That's what was fixed.

Each visit is met with an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional team from check in until check-out. They always seem to have a customer first approach.

I had two cards for recalls. The cards said it would update replace problems with and extended warranty. They only updated the screen module. It was said to be a touch screen that was the problem. I do not have a touch screen. The radio screen problem is still bad even with the so called update. Once I picked up my car and returned home. Mandating a 15 word reply is a great way to get people to never take one of your surveys again. I’m completing it only to provide this feedback, but I will not complete it again in the future because of this requirement. Someone in charge of client experience knows better than to set up a survey like this - you should listen to them.
