Had tire pressure indicator going off. A week earlier had all checked out at a tire store. Replaced a stem, but that did not resolve the problem. Walser was able to detect the actual problem, provided options for fix. Appreciated that they are not pushy, and offered a range of options of varying costs.
Very friendly helpful sales rep. He walked us thru the entire process. . Would recommend to friends and family. Good communication throughout. Overall this was a great buying experience.
Had an opening for a recall on airbags, went right over, got a loaner car to get Burnsville center Dealer called after 55 min to say car was done. Picked it up, came back on way home, didnt spend anytime sitting at dealership

I called asking for soonest appointment for maintenance on our Mazda 3 , was offer several same-day options. The needed service and pricing were clearly explained before the appointment, and when an additional issue ( brakes) was discovered they were able to complete that work in the same appointment. I felt valued and treated with respect, and confident in the integrity and reliability of the service team.

I don't think I found a better dealership then walser are when it comes to all aspects sales or service it is just top notch. I recommend them to anyone, will only do business with them from now on.
