I didn't buy my 2024 CX5 from here, but I get it serviced here regularly. The service department is GREAT! I would like to give a special shout-out to Josh Z, a service advisor, who always takes great care of me, and genuinely tried to help out customers. He is very knowledgeable, and could honestly probably write a textbook on grade-A customer service. The mechanics are quick and efficient, and do a phenomenal job. If you wait at the shop, the facilities are very clean and professional. Awesome Mazda dealership!

He helped me better understand the process which had sometimes been a bit of a mystery in the past. I felt that he had my best interest in mind and remained clear and concise throughout the whole process.

3. No used car is perfect (even brand new have their flaws), but even when I found a flaw after driving a couple hundred miles I reached out with my minor issue with a used vehicle, and they acknowledge this should've been caught in their inspection, and they corrected it stat!

Great dealership. Secured awesome financing and accommodating staff. Their goal is to sell but they over achieve by taking care of the customer before they earn a sale. Neil Bannister is the sales person who assisted me with the purchase process. He is a great individual and made the whole process fun! Each car available was breathtaking and again their staff was nothing short of exceptional! Thank you for a great dealership experience!

My vehicle had a breakdown shortly after being serviced at Walser. The technician diagnosed what happened and worked with the service advisor and my extended warranty company to make the necessary repairs. I wasn't charged anything for the repairs or the use of a courtesy vehicle. I am so pleased with the service I received.

I came in for an oil change and Josh was able to help me use a service package I thought had expired. During service, it was found that I had a crack in my oil pan, and Josh explained everything clearly and helped get me a loaner for the day. Service on my car was finished faster than expected (same day), so overall it was a great experience.

Overall everything was pretty good as always. Left my car with them all day but they forgot to patch the hold in my tire so had to wait a bit for them to finish that. That's the only reason it is a 4 instead of 5. Service said it was a pretty busy day for them so no big deal. Will be back in the future

We had to wait longer because sales staff was not there to confirm repairs were there when we purchased the car. Then the part order was cancelled so we had to wait longer again. But staff was friendly
